Stride Consulting is a young consulting company established in 2012 by two founding members that bring in more than 15 years of professional experience each. Having worked in very different sectors they repeatedly have made surprisingly similar experiences: when confronted with challenging situations individuals, companies, and public administrations alike often concentrate on finding short-term fixes rather than lasting solutions. In other words: our actions are often geared towards "fighting fires" rather than reaching objectives!
